Refund policy

At Pressed by V Studios, many of our items are made to order and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has started.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • custom or personalized items
  • special order items
  • sale items
  • gift cards

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order, including spelling, sizes, colors, and design selections.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@pressedbyvstudios.com with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If the error was on our end, we will review the issue and work to make it right.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized products. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges

Because most items are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only considered if an order issue is caused by Pressed by V Studios and cannot be corrected through a replacement or other resolution. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
